The engagement with art is guided by the process and intuitive.
My pictures have approaches from the figurative, and abstraction. They are playgrounds as well as construction sites. A part of me, my inner self.
My painting always has unfinished accents and details that I deliberately leave - to make the work process visible.
I am enthusiastic about bizarre, unusual scenes that I compose and invent myself.
I direct the pictorial scene.
I am interested in the intense sensual experience during the work, and the spatial allocation. I love to paint with oil paint.
It is a constant immersion, in the self-discovery of personal truth. A fascination that does not let me go.
Biography
Mila Plaickner, was born in Croatia and lives today as a freelance painter in Austria, Vorarlberg.
Art training in : Vienna, Salzburg, Stuttgart, Croatia , Greece
- born 1959 in Croatia / Bihac
- Since 1985 intensive occupation with drawing and painting
- Since 1995 exhibitions and projects in Europe
- Lives and works freelance as a border crosser between the representational and abstract expression in Austria / Vorarlberg.
